Today, more people are trying to create and fix stuff on their own. From renovations, to paint treatments and landscape designs, the do-it-yourself trend is creating growth opportunities for home improvement stores like Lowe’s.

Each Lowe’s Home Improvement Center is based on a prototypical design that Henderson Engineers utilizes and adapts as necessary to meet site and local code requirements. This approach results in a timely and cost effective design. Components include: general and display lighting, retail sales floor, specific display area, stock room, outdoor garden center, offices, as well as power quality management, emergency generator design and building energy management system.

Currently, Henderson is Lowe’s Fire Protection Criteria designer. We design the Lowe’s fire sprinkler prototype for new stores. We’re glad to be part of the team building Lowe’s infrastructure to make sure it meets the needs of DIYers and all expanding markets
