The William S. Hart Union High School District in Santa Clarita, Calif. educates nearly 23,000 students in grades 7-12. Henderson Engineers provided an equipment evaluation and recommendations for their master plan. We completed a site survey of six campuses and more than 126 structures in the school district. After a thorough inventory, we created a comprehensive report detailing the condition of current equipment, identified any MEPF code deficiencies, and provided lifespan and replacement recommendations. The Henderson team also gave the district plans for modernization and strategies for reducing energy use.

The schools that were part of the equipment assessment included:

Campus #4 Saugus High School (19 buildings, 18 portables)
Campus #5 Sierra Vista Junior High School (13 buildings, 24 portables)
Campus #10 Arroyo Seco Junior High School (11 buildings)
