Henderson Engineers has worked at Sky Harbor International Airport for more than a decade on a variety of projects ranging from studies and simulations to general improvements and terminal rehabilitation. Components of the most recent work included a remodel of existing spaces including the integration of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the airport’s existing infrastructure. Specific areas that Henderson has worked on at the airport include airline support services, restaurants and concessions, and the USO lounge.
Our team was also asked to provide security design services to upgrade the CBP (Customs and Border Protection) CCTV system from analog to digital. We specified cameras and a network video recorder from the CBP-approved list at appropriate locations, and our design was approved.
