Matt Ross Community Center

Henderson Engineers provided design services for this 75,500 SF, $20 million design-build community center project. This 2-story facility included a community civic area (multipurpose rooms, meeting rooms, classrooms, arts and crafts area, and child watch area), a recreation area (2-court gymnasium, natatorium, fitness area, elevated walk/jog trail, climbing wall, locker rooms and game room), and an administrative area (front desk, staff work areas, and private offices).

The pool facilities include: a zero-depth entry pool with water slide and a lazy river (4,300 SF); lap pool (1,900 SF); hot tub (180 SF); and a therapy pool (50 SF).
