Henderson Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire and life safety design services for this 42,000 SF Infiniti dealership. This BIM project was a brand new facility consisting of sales floors, customer lobbies, offices, service drive, service bays, express service bays and car wash. In addition to 12,000 SF of sales floor, the facility has 12,000 SF of maintenance area including 15 automotive repair bays fitted with overhead fluid reels and dedicated vehicle exhaust ports. The maintenance area includes several alignment bays, tire racks and a computer controlled tool center as well as an integrated full-service car wash. The entire facility is climate controlled.
