Key components for the 50,000 SF renovation of convention hall included of an 11,000 SF Grand Ballroom, 3,000 SF Benson Ballroom, lobby, full kitchen, two multi-purpose rooms, six meeting rooms, and two pre-function spaces.
Additionally, Henderson provided architectural lighting design services through design development phase. A component of the architectural lighting includes the refurbishment of the historic luminaires located within the convention hall.
