Henderson Engineers provided ‘speculative’ or provisional engineering design services for this 14,500 SF mixed-use development. The challenge of this project dealt with the task of providing areas, routes, means and methods for the speculative tenants to achieve MEP services. The project is located in a prominent and pedestrian trafficked area, where aesthetics are heavily valued. This project included two levels of a parking garage above the building, and an existing parking garage immediately adjacent.
