The Kansas City Business Journal recently interviewed James Dietz, aviation practice director at Henderson Engineers, about the firm’s role as lead engineer for the new $1.5 billion single terminal Kansas City International Airport (MCI).
Dietz elaborated on a variety of forward-thinking engineering solutions that Henderson is spearheading including the technological infrastructure that supports key features like touchless kiosks, intuitive display systems and video walls, and visual paging boards for passengers who are deaf or hard of hearing.
