Located in the Lower East Side neighborhood of Dimes Square, Nine Orchard has become a destination for both locals and travelers in New York City desiring distinctive craftsmanship and elegance alike. Residing in the former Jarmulowsky Bank, this 70,000 SQ FT landmark structure houses 116 residential-inspired rooms, turning the unique historic adaptive reuse 12-story building into a boutique hotel. Our engineers designed new building systems, complete with event space and restaurant space, up to par for any foodie looking to entice their palate.
