Kevin Butler
Venue Sector Practice Manager | Acoustical Consultant
Kevin serves as a practice manager for our venue sector, with a focus on acoustics. He has been engaged in a variety of venues and entertainment facilities, including all of Henderson’s esports projects to date. Kevin is our go-to person for acoustics design and state-of-the-art esports event spaces, which continue to gain in popularity across the world. With a background in live sound, broadcast, and event production, Kevin enjoys the diversity of entertainment projects and being deliberate in how he creates the overall user experience.
Dan Keller
Technical Manager | Audio-Video Consultant
Dan designs audio-video systems primarily focused on venue projects and is a technical leader for the discipline across the company. Dan is always searching out new trends and tracking technology developments and adapting our design strategies to new products. No two projects are the same as the industry evolves at such a rapid pace. Dan understands how the audio-video system in a building strengthens the core tenets of the building’s purpose. From enabling communication and collaboration in a conference room to enhancing the experience and engaging patrons in a stadium, audio-video is critical to bringing people together and enjoying the space as intended.

As a technical manager for our venue sector, Julie is a mentor and actively monitors technical quality across the five practices. She uses her technical understanding in all disciplines to help project teams put forth the right information. Her hands-on, easy-going approach to working with others creates an environment for new ideas to be heard and new paths to be taken as each team member grows in their skill and craft. In 2021, Julie’s expertise was recognized by Sports Business Journal when she was named a “Power Player in Sports Facility Technology” by the notable sports industry publication.
Adam Rothermich
Technical Manager | Lead Telecom Engineer
Adam’s project experience includes entertainment, education, and venues. One of his largest projects is SoFi Stadium, a multi-purpose stadium where the technology systems allow the flexibility to host a variety of entertainment events beyond sports. Adam is experienced in providing design services for various components of a project including voice, data, video cabling, security systems, technology spaces and pathways, coordination with MEP, bid administration, construction administration, and project management.
Nate Wetmore
Physical Security System Designer
Nate designs security systems that deliver complete coverage and long-term serviceability. Given his experience in security integration, he brings vast knowledge of complex systems and stays committed to learning about the latest technologies and upgrades available. Nate recognizes that security, and in particular CCTV, continues to evolve beyond just taking pictures and storing them; it has become a data collection device that can be integrated with other building systems, creating an even more powerful smart building.
