Steve is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience leading dynamic teams that are professional, effective, and always put the client first. He's worked in a variety of vertical markets including healthcare, venue, workplace, mission critical, and aviation, but regardless of the project type, Steve’s optimistic and balanced perspective brings value to the project from day one.
It’s Steve’s philosophy that leadership is about creating a structure where members of the team feel supported every step of the way, but are also granted the space to succeed. As president of our sister company, Henderson Building Solutions, a construction management and commissioning services firm, Steve is responsible for day-to-day operations as well as working with other senior leaders across both Henderson companies to set strategy that will drive us to deliver better solutions for our clients.
