Growing up, Andria thought she would be some kind of designer or a writer. She spent a lot of her childhood sketching up house and clothing designs, writing poems, and even attempting a novel. But when it came time for college, her math and science skills led her to study engineering. Her solid foundation in electrical power design, coupled with her extensive project portfolio, makes her a great resource to Henderson. She's passionate for solving challenging problems especially when it's a collaborative effort to come up with solutions that are technically sound and meet our clients wants and needs.
As an electrical technical director and associate, Andria is responsible for guiding and enhancing the quality of our work, through project reviews, mentoring, training, and fully understanding the implications of code and product changes. A true champion in helping other designers and engineers grow and advance in their careers and knowledge, Andria is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and serves on the Board of the National Institute for Construction Excellence, a not-for-profit organization that helps educate local high school and middle school students and teachers about opportunities in construction and design careers.
