As a kid, Kyle remembers seeing the Henderson Engineers sign on our headquarters office from the highway and always said he wanted to be an engineer — even before he knew what Henderson did. By the time he got to high school, his drafting teacher had inspired him to reach his goal and pursue a career in the AEC industry. Kyle's career came full circle when he joined Henderson in 2011. Since then, he has held a variety of different roles across many of our sectors, giving him a complex understanding of the industry and how to best serve our client’s needs.
Kyle's favorite parts of the job are the people he gets to work with and having the opportunity to work one-on-one with young designers and help them develop. He finds satisfaction in working hard with his teammates to achieve a common goal, and is passionate about fulfilling his responsibilities for his team.
