Health Sector Technical Director
In Jake’s opinion, everything is connected. When it comes to mechanical systems, he not only sees how they function in a specific space, but also how they integrate with other areas and systems in a building. This mindset has allowed Jake to grow and excel since joining Henderson in 2009 as he's now the technical director for our health sector.

Jake oversees all technical aspects of engineering across the sector, implementing quality-related strategies to improve efficiency and encourage innovation. He coordinates his team to utilize a strategic approach to deliver a seamless design all while combining new technology, design innovation, and lessons-learned to push our healthcare design standards to the next level. Jake provides direct design oversight, resources, and mentoring to ensure a coordinated, code compliant, and functional design.
