Mike Fall has been a pillar of loyalty since joining Henderson Engineers in 1998 as our 100th employee. As a principal and team leader, he assists with daily operations in our Bentonville office in addition to project management and client relations. He has played a vital role in the growth of the Bentonville office, which has seen a 300% increase in employees during his tenure. His career has featured a consistent and dependable track record in going above and beyond for some of our most loyal clients.

Mike embodies a passion for mentoring younger engineers, helping them grow their careers and further displaying his commitment to the company’s future success. Mike is also devoted to his Bentonville community in Northwest Arkansas, often giving back, volunteering, and serving as a member of the Rotary Club. He also enjoys woodworking, disc golf (a Henderson favorite), cheering on the Kansas City Royals, and taking vacations to the beach with his wife. Loyalty is a huge part of our success at Henderson, and Mike displays his on a daily basis in a number of ways.
