Devin Caruthers

Retail Sector General Merchandise Practice Director
Devin joined Henderson Engineers in 2001 as an electrical designer and has since risen through the ranks of team leader and project manager to his current position as our retail sector general merchandise practice director. With his decades of experience, Devin oversees the teams who are responsible for the design, management, and coordination for a multitude of retail projects for some of our top clients. Described as an equitable leader and mentor, he leads with integrity by teaching and developing the skills of those who report to him. Dedicated to service at the highest level, Devin is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients and colleagues alike.

Devin is most passionate about helping to make a positive impact in his community, both within and beyond Henderson’s walls. Fueled by this passion, he is a member of Henderson’s DE&I council, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion to make the workplace better for all people. Devin also serves as the education committee lead for the Henderson Foundation, helping support urban K-12 education with a focus on STEM-education initiatives across the country.
