COURSE OVERVIEW

Unlike LEED, which is a point based system that rewards green building design and construction, the IgCC is a code that can be adopted by jurisdictions and requires developers, owners, architects and consultants to comply with a comprehensive list of green building strategies. This Code is currently under consideration by a handful of local municipalities for adoption on civic — and possibly private — development.
